外国のお客様の予約受付について
3連休以上の繁忙期は外国のお客様の予約受け付けは出来ません
当館は10室ほどの小さい宿であり、家族を中心に少人数のスタッフにて運営しているため、3連休以上の繁忙期につきましては外国のお客様への対応が出来ない為、予約の受付を致しておりません。
・外国人対応できるスタッフがいない為。
・日本語での電話対応が容易にできない為。
・荷物が大き過ぎ、スタッフへの負担が大きい為。
・配膳時に充分な対応が出来ない為。
以上の理由により、大変ご迷惑をお掛け致しますが、予約を頂いてもお断りいたしますので、予めご了解とご了承をお願い致します。
また、外国のお客様は予約の際クレジットカード情報の提供が必須となります。
これは外国の方で当日不泊や直前キャンセルが発生し、連絡が取れなくなった事例が発生したためです。
Regarding accepting reservations from foreign guests
Our hotel is a small inn with around 10 rooms and is run by a small staff, mostly family members, so we are unable to accommodate foreign guests during busy periods of three or more consecutive weekends and therefore do not accept reservations.
– Because we do not have staff who can assist with foreigners.
– Because it is not easy to answer the phone in Japanese.
– Because the luggage is too large and puts a heavy burden on staff.
– Because we are unable to provide adequate assistance when serving food.
For the above reasons, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we will have to decline any reservations you make, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
In addition, foreign guests are required to provide credit card information when making a reservation.
This is because there have been cases where foreign guests have failed to show up on the day or canceled at the last minute, and were unable to be contacted.
